Season 2026/27 — Weber® Genesis® & Performer™

Power meets precision.

The upgraded Genesis is on the floor now, with a Wi-Fi thermometer built in, a 400°C Sear Zone and Nightvision™ lighting. The new Performer charcoal kettles land Friday 11 September.

Two arrivals, one season.

Weber has reworked both ends of the range for 2026/27 — the premium gas barbecue and the charcoal kettle that started it all.

The upgraded Genesis is the one to look at if you want power and precision: bigger cooking areas, a 400°C Sear Zone, and a Wi-Fi thermometer built into the Smart models so you can watch the cook from your phone. The new Performer takes the Weber Kettle you already know and gives it a proper bench to prep and serve on.

Both are on the floor at Ballarat and Warrnambool. Come and stand in front of them — it is the quickest way to work out which one suits how you actually cook.

Built for outdoor kitchens. The E-460 drops into your benchtop and brings the full Genesis toolkit with it: sear, grill, roast, bake and low and slow, an extra-large Sear Zone, an expandable top cooking grill that gives you a second level of barbecuing, and Nightvision™ LED lighting across the grills. A Wi-Fi thermometer, built right in.

On Smart models the digital thermometer is part of the barbecue, so there is no extra gear to buy or pair. Barbecue and food temperatures show on the display and, through the Weber Connect app, on your phone from anywhere in the house. Set what you are cooking and how you want it done, and the app walks you through it step by step and tells you when to turn and when to serve. It is the difference between hoping dinner is right and knowing it is.

    Reaches roughly 400°C for restaurant-quality sear marks and a proper crust on steak, lamb and chops. Two Boost Burners drive 35–40% more power into it when you need serious heat, fast.
